Since co-founding the firm, Ms. Gruppo has initiated and directed merger and acquisition advisory assignments in every segment of the industries covered by her firm. Over the past seventeen years GLC has served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, corporate boards and family business owners, concluding billions of dollars of transactions with retailers selling in all channels, B2B marketers, targeted media firms, specialty publishers, database/analytics companies and online/lead generation businesses. Claire and her partner Hugh Levey are longtime TGCF supporters and Claire recently took over the role of TGCF Chairman.
