The YI was developed to encourage Students of all ages and Young Professionals to join in on projects that address the needs of orphaned and disadvantaged children and to encourage global citizenship.

Here's what we are doing…

In response to the YI’s "LOVE, HEAL AND EDUCATE CHILDREN" campaign, and based on your ideas and concerns, the YI has chosen to work on two Projects and a Community Service Forum to benefit orphaned and disadvantaged children in China during the 2012-2013 academic year.  

The projects are focused in The Grace Children's Foundation’s (TGCF) Medical and Education Programs and draw from and support TGCF's Children's Resource Exchange Center …connecting the need to the remedy  

The cornerstone of the LOVE, HEAL and EDUCATE CHILDREN campaign is based on cooperation between schools and organizations in Asia and in the United States. However, Students of all ages from other nations and Young Professionals are invited to participate so that TGCF and the YI can work to expand the Campaign and replicate this model of healing and learning globally.
