Katie is thrilled to be a part of the Grace Children’s Foundation as they embark on a new era of serving the next generation of children. With over two decades of experience in operations, Katie has built and scaled fast-growing start-ups, including Gilt Groupe and Harry’s. As employee #10 and member of the launch team at Harry’s, she grew the Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and People Operations teams from the ground up across three global locations. Today through her company, All In Strategy, she consults for early stage start-ups on various aspects of their businesses, creating a foundation that enables future growth and scale.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and business certification through Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2018, she was named a fellow of the 92Y Women in Power program and continues to be an advocate for women in business. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified through the University of Michigan.

Katie was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and performs long-form improv in New York as often as possible. She believes that everything can be accomplished with hard work, discipline, kindness, and humor.
