Designated Broker at Starship Brokerage & Protech Entrepreneur
Judit brings nearly two decades of experience at Microsoft, where she contributed to digital safety initiatives across Bing, Teams, Skype, Hotmail, OneDrive, Xbox and other platforms. Working across engineering, legal, governance and policy teams, she helped develop tools and strategies to protect children from online exploitation and to create safer digital environments at scale.
Deeply committed to advancing the wellbeing of children, Judit participated in multiple Microsoft Hack for Goodinitiatives, including projects in collaboration with Thorn to combat child exploitation and trafficking, and with the Grace Children’s Foundation (GCF) to support the development of the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE)—a digital platform designed to expand access to life-saving pediatric healthcare. She also contributed to initiatives focused on deterring trafficking and supporting pathways to recovery for affected individuals.
Her broader work includes leading efforts to protect seniors from technology-related fraud, advancing initiatives within Bing to promote trusted resources, organizing the Northwest Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Conference, serving more than 700 attendees annually, and leading Microsoft Philanthropies’ Benevity giving campaigns for three consecutive years. She has also served on multiple nonprofit boards and remains actively involved with the Saint Francis Foundation (Szent Ferenc Alapítvány), supporting disadvantaged children in Transylvania in acquiring essential life skills.
Judit joined GCF in 2018 through Microsoft’s Hack for Good initiative at the invitation of her colleague and friend, Federico Gomez. Through this work, she found a meaningful way to apply her experience in service of children and families facing significant barriers to care. She was deeply moved by the organization’s ability to connect children with critical healthcare resources and by the life-changing outcomes achieved through its work.
She continues to contribute to GCF because she recognizes in the CRE the opportunity to transform what has historically been a case-by-case effort into a scalable, coordinated system—one that combines human commitment with thoughtfully applied technology to expand access to pediatric healthcare worldwide.
Judit currently leads Starship Brokerage, where she focuses on empowering consumers and agents through the use of AI and technology to streamline complex transactions.
