Cathy Mulrow-Peattie is an advertising, technology, cybersecurity and privacy attorney, well known in the industry for her subject matter expertise and strong business acumen. She is a seasoned legal executive who has served as a member of the executive leadership teams at Mastercard and agency.com, an Omnicom company and an ad-tech start up, where she advised on key organizational strategy, product development, regulatory and employment issues. Currently, she is Of Counsel, at Loeb & Loeb, an international law firm with more than 400 attorneys globally. She has also served on numerous industry self-regulatory organizations from the IAB CCPA task force, the PCI Council, EMVCo and the WOMMA organization. She is a frequent speaker on privacy and cybersecurity topics and an Executive Committee member of the University of San Diego, Cybersecurity Law, Risk and Policy Symposium.

Paying it forward is part of Cathy’s DNA as is supporting children and women in need of assistance. As a mother and aunt to many, Cathy knows that nothing is more frightening than when your child is sick. As a member of the Grace Children’s Foundation’s Board of Trustees and the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE), Cathy’s goal is to leverage her deep expertise to help grow the CRE so that children and families with critical health care can find the treatment they need as quickly and easily as possible. She envisions a future where the CRE as an organization for hope, providing digital tools, financial support and access to critical health care for all children who need them the most.

A graduate of Smith College and the Washington College of Law, Cathy has a history of working with those in need and women’s organizations. She has volunteered in women’s shelters and soup kitchens in Stamford CT. With her colleagues at Mastercard, she developed a year-long internship curriculum at Mastercard for Her Honor Mentoring Program (which serves low-income women who are first in their families to go to college), growing the program from 2 interns to 12 in two years. She is a Score Volunteer, Community Fund of Darien grant reviewer and active in Democratic politics.
