Global Marketing Manager Nutraceuticals Business, Lubrizol Life Science

Isabel Gomez is the Global Marketing Manager for the Nutraceuticals Business of Lubrizol Life Science. Isabel, originally from Mexico and currently based in Barcelona, Spain, has 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing in several FMCG industries such as cosmetics and nutraceuticals. She has been directly involved especially with the marketing strategic planning of the launches of new products and marketing and communications plan execution. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Direction. Isabel is also the executor of the Federico Gomez Suarez Foundation, inspired by her brother Federico Gómez who passed away on the 19th of July 2020. Federico was an inspirational role model, a moral and ethical sounding board—an all- around compassionate person. He was greatly committed to defending happiness, especially of the most vulnerable ones, and dedicated great part of his life at Microsoft to building tools to improve the lives of children in need, especially with a focus on pediatric healthcare and on fighting child sexual abuse. It is through his work and desire to help children in need, Isabel came to know Nancy Robertson, founder of the Grace Children’s Foundation (GCF). Isabel learned more each day after Federico’s passing about what Nancy and he had underway with a small team at Microsoft, evolving GCF’s Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE) model into the CRE digital platform and how proud he would be to see Nancy, his colleagues at Microsoft and all those at GCF who are dedicated see the platform all the way to the finish line. In her desire to support GCF, Isabel also serves as Global Ambassador, spreading the word and bringing help to children from different parts of the world, especially those from Spanish speaking countries. It is an honor for me to be of good use to GCF, tapping into my area of expertise, combined with compassion and love for all of “the children who wait.”
