Keenan Fine, MD

General Surgery Resident University of Washington

Dr. Keenan Fine is a physician with a passion for public service, healthcare innovation, and improving access to high-quality care. Raised in California, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA before completing a Master of Science in Human Nutrition at Columbia University. His academic and professional experiences have fostered a strong interest in health equity, preventive medicine, and the ways healthcare systems can better serve patients and communities.

Dr. Fine received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. During his training, he pursued a dedicated research fellowship focused on surgical outcomes, healthcare delivery, and patient quality of life, contributing to numerous peer-reviewed publications and national presentations.

Throughout his education and medical training, Dr. Fine has remained committed to service and advocacy, particularly for underserved populations. He believes that meaningful improvements in healthcare require not only excellent clinical care, but also thoughtful research, education, and community engagement.

Dr. Fine is currently beginning residency training at the University of Washington and looks forward to a career dedicated to advancing patient care and improving health outcomes. He is honored to support the Grace Children’s Foundation and its mission to create opportunities for children and families through education, healthcare, and community empowerment.
