Sr. Partner And Chief Operating Officer At Dedica Group
Najah Rahmaan is a Sr. Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Dedica Group. Najah manages all of the agency’s daily operations, MSA contracts with clients, budgets, strategic business planning and all internal business affairs. Najah also works very closely with clients and Dedica’s in-house creative team on managing project and production executions, developing programs, fostering strong relationships and providing valuable marketing recommendations to meet client business objectives and increase profitability.
With over 15 years of experience in Finance, Marketing and Business Management, Najah has a proven track record of success. In 2016, Najah was honored by The Network Journal as one of the top African American Women under the age of 40 in Leadership at the 19th Annual 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards and in 2019 she was accepted into the Forbes New York Business Council and International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).
Prior to Dedica, Najah spent 5 years in Finance as an Account Specialist for E-Trade and Boston Financial Data Services. She previously worked in Business Management for Enterprise Holdings and Print Media for The Phoenix Media Group where she conducted marketing research and assisted clients in developing marketing and promotional programs.
A native New Yorker, Najah holds degrees in Advertising and Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI. Najah is passionate about serving the community, in addition to the Grace Children’s Foundation, her community involvement includes Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Board Member for The Kids League, Board Member for United Luz Foundation and ongoing volunteer for Chances For Youth/D.O.P.E Girl Made annual girls empowerment workshop.
