Najah A. Rahmaan-Oneale is a Sr. Partner and CEO of Dedica Group, a global, boutique marketing agency servicing some of the world’s largest companies across various business sectors including hospitality, food & beverage, consumer goods, sports & entertainment, healthcare and technology such as Coca-Cola, InterContinental Hotels Group, AMC Theaters, American Cancer Society, Healthfirst, and Intuit. With over 20 years in marketing, management and finance, Najah has solidified her role as a true leader that has been able to positively contribute to her client’s success by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, design executions and in-market activations delivering on time and in budget. As CEO, Najah has also provided actionable results for Dedica Group negotiating and securing multiple client contracts, implementing effective growth strategies, improved internal systems and processes, harnessing the talent of her global team and driving increased revenue and profitability for the company.

Driven by a passion to not only succeed but to also be a positive role model within the community, Najah serves as an ongoing Youth Mentor for Chances for Youth, previous Board Member for The Kids League, active Board Member for Grace Children’s Foundation and active board member for The United Luz Foundation since inception. Benefit Committee Member for Oliver Scholar’s and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

A notable achievement, Najah has previously been honored by The Network Journal at the 19th Annual 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards themed “Reaching Higher Goals” as one of the top African American Women in Leadership. Her professional associations include The Forbes Business Council, Forbes The Culture, American Marketing Association and The International Society of Hospitality Consultants.
