Shoshanna is a social work intern at Grace Children’s Foundation and is currently completing her MSW at Columbia School of Social Work. She graduated from Queen’s University in Canada, with a BAH in psychology. Specifically, Shoshanna has done extensive research and work in the area of developmental psychology. She has worked at the Alberta Children’s Hospital for two years as a research assistant at the ABC Pain Research Lab, doing research with children who have undergone surgery.

She has come to GCF in hopes of merging her two passions of assisting children in the healthcare system from a developmental perspective. She is passionate about the lack of accessibility within the current US healthcare system, and hopes that through social work, she can assist in providing relief, both physical and mental for children and their families.
