Walter Cisneros serves as the Technical Program Manager and Lead Developer for the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE), where he leads the development of the platform’s clickable demo and MVP. With a foundation in aerospace engineering — designing aircraft components and optimizing complex systems — he brings technical precision, systems-level thinking and a commitment to building technology that expands access to care for children in need. His involvement with the CRE began after the passing of his former manager, Federico Gómez Suárez, one of the early champions of applying technology to serve vulnerable communities. Honoring that legacy, Walter stepped forward to advance the CRE’s technical development, contributing engineering leadership, product coordination and a dedication to building a secure, scalable platform capable of supporting children around the world. He is committed to ensuring that the CRE evolves into a responsible, functional and globally accessible pediatric healthcare coordination system that helps bridge the gap between children in need and the resources ready to help them.
