Walter is a Program Manager in the Operations Team at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Walter worked in the Aerospace engineering industry designing aircraft components and optimizing processes. Walter has a passion for streamlining processes and for helping people use technology to scale their dreams. After the passing of his first Microsoft manager, Federico Gomez Suarez,  Walter found out about the opportunity to finish what Federico had started. Walter’s goals is to help the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE) scale so that children around the world can get the help they need.
