Walter Cisneros serves as the Technical Program Manager and Lead Developer for the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE), where he leads the end-to-end development of full-scale applications designed to be accessible globally.

Walter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a background in aerospace engineering focused on aircraft components design and complex systems optimization. He brings strong systems-level thinking, business strategy, and technical rigor to the development of the CRE platform.

Walter became involved with CRE following the passing of his former Microsoft manager, Federico Gómez Suárez, an early advocate for using technology to support vulnerable communities. In honor of that mission, Walter stepped forward to help advance the platform’s vision and development.

He provides engineering leadership, product coordination, and technical oversight as CRE evolves into a secure, scalable pediatric healthcare coordination platform designed to connect children with medical expertise and resources globally.
